How we work

We build in the open.

Buying a home before it is finished takes trust. We earn it by showing you everything, from the first permit to the final coat of paint.

    Every residence lists its permit and land registry references. Ask for any document and we will send it to you.

    Visit the site with our engineer at any stage of construction. Buyers receive a written progress report with photographs every month.

  • One contract, one contact

    Price, specification and payment stages are fixed in your contract before you sign. One named person looks after your purchase from reservation to keys.
